About the Founder
Afshin Bigdely is the founder of Dream Ocean Immigration Services (DOIS Inc.). A regulated Canadian immigration consultant (RCIC) with a law education background. He provides a wide range of immigration consultation and services to corporations and individual clients on various immigration cases, including overseeing and preparing applications for temporary and permanent residency, Visas and Citizenship Applications.
Prior to Starting DOIS Inc.; Afshin worked as a Paralegal in Canada and and he became experienced by working as an immigration specialist in different law firms. While there, he was involved with all areas of Canadian temporary and permanent residence and visas, therefore he became experienced in inadmissibility cases, restoration, sponsorship, and provincial nominee applications.
Afshin is an accredited member of the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC). He has a B.A degree in Law from Iran and graduated with a Paralegal Major in Canada. He continued his education as an Immigration Consultant in Ontario (AOL). Afshin is fluent in Farsi, Turkish and English.
